To manifest this driving principle in social and spiritual sphere, this very institution has left a centennial impression in and around by multifarious initiatives. Purification of soul and liberation of mind has come to fore in terms of achieving success in every true sense.

It is one of the primary goals of the Ashrama to spread ‘man making education’ to all quarters of the society not only through formal schools but also by all possible ways. In the perspective of it, the primary section of this institution, from class I to IV consists of 815 students and the student strength of the higher secondary school from class V to XII is 1077 at present.

To practice the mantra “Servitium is the highest religion”, Baranagore Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama organises various philanthropic/ altruistic activities throughout the year. These initiatives cover different areas of human requirement and social welfare such as ground-level relief works, health, women’s welfare, self-employment, inter-faith understanding, shaping moral life and spiritual guidance, to name a few. All these are done in the name of the Holy Trio, to serve the God in man.
